About Us

Aloha, my name is Jeff Nelson and I am the founder of ASPIRE Functional Training here on Kauai. After spending fifteen years in the corporate world, I decided to pursue something that more aligns with my passions and unique gifting. Realizing that I am most fully alive when engaged in training and coaching people to achieve their full potential I left that corporate world behind, moved to Kauai with my family and launched ASPIRE Functional Training. I consider it an honor and a blessing to be able to play a small part in helping people become more fully who they were designed to be.

I believe we are each created with a unique purpose and gifting, but oftentimes end up settling in many areas of our lives, and it often begins with our personal health. My personal mission and passion is to help people break through these barriers to fully realize their own, unique "you.”

At ASPIRE Functional Training we offer a variety of services including Personal Training, Group Training and Camp formats here on Kauai to help you achieve your goals, in addition to being a staff Personal Trainer, "F.I.T. Class" Instructor and "F.I.T. Camp" Creator and Leader at the Kauai Athletic Club.

In addition to these Personal Training services, we also offer ASPIRE Goalkeeper Training, leveraging my many years experience as a soccer goalkeeper player (at both the Collegiate and Professional level), Coach (up to the collegiate level) and Camp instructor.
